The Women Against Fundamentalism website is being updated and redesigned. Women Against Fundamentalism holds regular members' meetings in London.
In January 2007, Women Against Fundamentalism and Southall Black Sisters made a joint submission to the Government's Commission on Integration and Cohesion.
We are making this report available here (in Word document format) for anyone interested generally in the history of WAF and the issues we have taken up over the years. It also gives an indication of the new challenges facing us.
SBS is using the report in its own work in a variety of ways, ranging from using the cohesion arguments in their current fight for survival to informing policy makers and funders who are interested in the issues.
We would be pleased to receive any feedback on the issues or on the report itself.
